Couples therapy integrates family systems approaches and current scientific research about healthy and successful couples into an individualized treatment plan.
Dr. Jaegerman is a Level 3 Gottam Couple's Therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with couples and families.
Individual, Couples and Families coming to therapy will work on strenghtening their emmotional connection and improving their interaction based on a systemic approach to family and relationships.
Dr. Jaegerman has worked extensively with people from many different countries, cultures and ethnicities.
Althought immigration, relocation or a cultural conflict may not be the reason for seeking help, it's often an important source of stress and an important factor in understaning oneself and relating to others.
Appointments are usually scheduled once a week for 50 minutes Mondays through Fridays, at a time that is mutually convenient to both of us. Couples sessions are usually 75 minutes long.
The length of treatment (number of sessions) is up to you and will vary depending on the difficulties you're facing.
The cost of each 50-minute session is $200 payable by cash, Zelle, check or credit card. Dr. Jaegerman is a Medicare provider.
