Dr. Jaegerman's approach to psychotherapy is based on the integration of a variety of proven psychological interventions adjusted to the individual needs. The therapy is grounded on the Humanistic approaches to personal strenghts and potential, psychodynamic/relational approaches and cognitive behavioral interventions (CBT).
Individual, Couples and Families coming to therapy will work on strenghtening their emmotional connection and improveing their interaction based on a systemic approach to family and relationships.

Althought a cultural conflict may not be the reason for seeking help, it's often an important factor in understaning oneself and relating to others.
I typically see clients once a week for 50 minutes Mondays through Fridays at a time that is mutually convenient to both of us. While I see some patients more than once a week, this is only when necessary and is mutually determined and based on the needs of the client.
The length of treatment (number of sessions) is up to you and will vary depending on the difficulties you're facing.
The cost of each session is $150 payable by cash, check or credit card
